Dumbbell Side Bend

STOMACH (Beginner/Advanced)

Stand erect and hold a pair of dumbbells at your side. Without leaning forward, bend over to one side as far as you can go. Allow the resistance of the dumbbell to pull you downward. Return to an erect position and repeat on the other side of your body.
