Excellent product! Does what glucosamine is supposed to do (reduce joint inflammation, increase cartilage thickness and or density, and decrease pain), at least as well as any other product I've tried. I really like the fact that we also don't have to worry about getting mercury or other pollutants that can be had from shellfish, nor antibiotics and steroids that can be in cattle or chicken cartilage sources. I also use another supplement that has added manganese, but I'm afraid if I used that one alone for long periods, I'd get a toxic heavy metal dose of a mineral we only need tiny amounts of. What I do is take one of those pills, and then 4 of these so I get a little of the mineral, and plenty of the glucosamine.
