Great product for fat burning and gaining lean muscle at the same time. I keep my appetite up around 5000 calories a day and yet I'm still burning of the fat around my waist.

This product is great at providing energy and focus without making me feel like my heart will pop out of my chest. At this point I use it as a pre-workout because it works so well in that regard. After adding this (and nothing else) I could hammer out 2-3 reps more than what I had been doing, and after I ran out those extra reps disappeared. I judge a supplement's effectiveness based on any/all strength losses that occur after I stop taking it for a bit. I figure it's the best way to get past the placebo effect, and the only time I've ever experienced this much of a dramatic strength or workout-endurance loss was when I stopped taking creatine mono for a month. So this is a great supplement to take before workouts. As for a fat burner, it's not mind-blowing or anything, but nothing legal/natural is. Over 8 weeks it did make a noticeable difference, which just kept me motivated. I do have one gripe, and that is the terrible packaging. You have to punch each individual pill out through foil and it's really easy for the capsule to rupture. When you ingest one of those ruptured capsules, it BURNS your throat all the way down to your stomach, and it does not go away quickly. It's a pretty nauseating sensation and I wish that would be remedied. Overall, it's a quality product and it's reasonably priced so I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
