I have only used the lipo 6 for 2 days, so I have not reached the full dosage. I have experienced more energy and a little bit of a surpressed appetite, but as of right now I do not know if this supplement it beneficial. But I was wondering if this product works without exercise as well? I plan to exercise, but the two days I have been on it I have not had time to exercise and wondered if the two days I have taken it have just been a waste?
