I love this product because it has no caffeine and dose what it is supposed to do help me get maximum blood to my muscles while slowing my down my fatigue rate. The Horny Goat Weed (icariin) allows for pro-longed pumps. I have always had to buy icariin separate to use with off the shelf NO products before. This is the most effective stack I've used on the market now. It even helped my breathing during cardio. No blood pooling in my calves, ankles or toes. No jitters! Just an awesome pump all around.
