I've been on Animal Stak for two weeks now and i love it. I've staked it with Universal NOX3 and I have gained at least 5lbs of muscle. I have gotten bigger and my strength has gone up. I am going to do another cycle after my one week rest period. I believe if you eat pretty decent and workout hard, you will see some results.

I think This is a must product if you want to get muscle,First time I used I could pain in my muscles,SO I was then certain I start to get pumpy and it really did work out.

helped with recovery time and helped me keep up my energy so i could keep my intensity as high as i could all week. didn't see any mass gained but my strength improved every week on all my exercises from 5-15lbs. don't think i will use another can unless i hit a plateau. i much prefer Universal's natural sterol complex.
