This would be Con-Cret's crazy high energy sister and I highly recommend you stack Beta-Cret with Con-Cret. Great full body pump with the Con-Cret alone but even better with a bigger pump when you stack the Beta-Cret with Con-Cret. Mixes easy, taste is a little dry in the back of your throat but refreshing wet taste when it hits your mouth. Great smooth energy with no nasty side effects like jitters. It does what the label claims: I had great "focus, strength, energy and endurance." I have tried Con-Cret, this Beta-Cret and Gluta-Tren and all were top notch products.
