Important Directions for testing your Capacity
- A Routine is exercises and a Workout Plan is Workload Management!
- At the Control Panel below select your Machine Brands (Legs, Arms, Shoulders, Torso)!
- You can mix exercises between Machine Brands and Machine Brands with Free Weight!
- For Opimization select only 1 or 2 exercises for each body area! (8 to 10 max)
- Click the Strength Test bar at the bottom of the page when finished selecting exercises!
