Since BCAA often have poor mixability I wanted caps. Having the glutamine in the same caps I thought would make it easier (one less thing to take). Well in fact it is worst. As mentionned those pills are huge, it wasn't an issue for me but could be for some. One portion is 6 pills, thats a lot and it comes pretty expensive in the end. You would be better off takin bcaa and glutamine caps SEPARATELY, it is much cheaper and the portions are 2 pills each (go figure) and allows for more flexibility. I will not be buying this again, nor do I recommend it. Other than that it was fine.

of these amino acids is really worthy of trust, but their size is somewhat large for a permanent and reusable.
