Based on my review of AST's micronized creatine, this is either the best creatine in the world or the worst. This stuff doesn't mix at all for me and is the only creatine I've ever taken that I has given me stomach aches the first few times I took it. AST's on the other hand, mixed completely and was much more of a true powder than this. Having said that, this product follows much more of everything I've been led to believe about creatine.. hard to mix, stomach ache, etc. So, if that is what is "supposed" to happen with creatine, this one tops all the others I have tried in a weird reverse way.

Great creatine, very pure Mixes better than most. I stacked with with my pre-workouts I added about 2.5 grams to my pre and about 2.5 to my post so I am getting around 4 pre workout and about 4 post workout. I have noticed added definition, and added strength.
