The taste is great - classic fruit punch juicebox taste. The mixability is pretty poor, so I gave the taste rating a bit lower rank because of that. To be honest a lot of supplements with so many active ingredients have the same issue, so I'd rather have an effective product than a mixable one. This is a great product to have at the start of your workout. The active ingredients are obviously proven to help joint support and muscular endurance. That's exactly what I needed when running long powerlifting sessions. This is a good value considering this is a joint support, carbohydrate, antioxidant, and creatine product all in one, with the proper dosing of each.

Man I should have just stuck with creatine monohydrate, I thought this would be better but it isn't, just a bunch of filler.
