The old recipe was much better (been using it for years). Ever since they changed it and added Beet Root Extract it tastes like dirt. It's unfortunate that they changed it. Got amazing energy and pumps from the old version. Shame on you Controlled Labs for messing with something that worked just fine before.

I've been using this PWO for 3 weeks now and I am not very impressed. The energy/focus I give it a an 8/10. for pumps I give it a 5/10 because the product doesn't last long enough to finish my workout. taste wise, the watermelon is great!

I've been using this for a few weeks while I took a break from Craze. Very good product. What I notice different between the two is more muscle fullness from White Flood, while more focus from Craze. Good energy, mixes and taste good as well.
