Taste 9.5I could probably drink this all day.Mixability 9I used a shaker bottle with a whisk, so it was easy to mix. After I was finished shaking the bottle, I opened it and saw only a little foam. It didn't bother me. It was like drinking any sports drink.Performance 10Within a few minutes of drinking this, i felt energized without the "irritating" beta-alanine feeling. I did feel a little tingle around 30 minutes later, but it wasn't as bad as other products. Throughout my workout I was able to do more weight than usual. Instead of increasing the weight by a lot, I increased it by a little, but I concentrated on getting the extra "squeeze" with every rep. I felt my muscles working and I was extremely focused on my routines.

Saw great results immediately bench went from 255 to 245x5 in two weeks. Unfortunately i bought 100 servings and cannot finish it because I cant put it down, planning to try a different flavor. This is a great product if youre trying to increase your lifts, not if your looking for a ridiculous pump.
