This stuff is like sand, so I don't look forward to drinking it. AST's product is like flour...this is like sand. It does work. I'm only knocking off becuase of the grit.

First Creatine I tried. Although initially I did not take notice of any strength increase when I started taking this, when I did, I did notice an increase in strength and an increase in "fullness" - but for women that usually means looking a bit bigger. I hypothesize that I gained 5 lbs (of water weight, probably) on this.

Does not mix well at all. Out of all the brands that I have tried, this one causes the worst stomach cramping and uncontrollable diarrhea.
