Not my favorite taste in the world, but the mix ability of this mass gainer is amazing. Its great for quick calories, and the quality and protein blend is good. The sugar content is very minimal, and this is why I take it. Lean mass gains off this gainer are more optimal then off of any other mass gainer I have used. I take this 3 times a day between my meals and when i wake up. I get about 9 meals out of the day and my gains are very lean thus far. I have used many different gainers and I am very satisfied with this one.
