I was very disappointed with the results I got with this product, I didn't gain any weight with it and took it for 5 weeks with milk 2-3 times a day. I did half doses only because full dose would just make me dump it in the toilet. I was expecting something really good since I had made a lot of research on which one to go for but it was just not the one for me I guess. Sorry I wish I had better comments.

very good mass gainer i have tried many other mass gainers that dont help me on anything. i switched to thid product from seriouss mass, and i am very pleased with this product, i am half way on my 12 pound gainer and in 3 weeks ive gained 10 pounds. ovbiously you cant expect for this product to do all the work for you. you gotta eat like a beast and train hard.

This is a good product for very lean person who wants to get some weight along with some fat. The taste is no doubt very good. Mix ability ok type. It provides result only when you give rest to your body. I used to take half of the prescribed dose and it showed result but made me gain fat in tummy and chest. So decided to go back to whey protein.
