For some reason this product gave me a headache. I'm sensitive to foods so this may not be an issue for some. My main concern is that while researching how to best take this product after I bought it I found two articles on this website that stated cratine monohydrate was better and that the claims of syrum, i.e. "take it only on work out days" were false. I personally did not feel the extra boost I usually feel by taking the powder but did feel more than if I did not take anything.

This is my favorite creatine! Took it quite often in the past, plan to again in the future! No maintenance required and you feel energized right after taking. I never felt sore afterwards while taking this either.

I was influenced by a buddy of mine & It's the best creatine product I've tried so far, helping me stay pumped & gain mass.
