Its a great quality blend, and I love that its unflavored, it fades into the back ground of other flavors when mixed. It seemes to me though that the mono creatine is the over riding majority of the product as I got my usualy side effects of mono. I'm not docking any point off for that, I know thats a preference. However I did take off 2 stars for not giving the ratio of each type of Creatine shady practice hiding behind proprietary blends... tsk tsk MP

The new blend is not nearly as effective as the old one with creapure. Honestly couldn't tell the difference between this creatine and the creatine being sold at grocery stores for half the price. Nothing special here, save your money.

My strength, endurance and size are going up and I'm stacking this product with Con-Cret HCL to make a 6 creatine blend. Will need to drink a lot of water because throughout the day I get a pretty bad dry feeling on my tongue since taking this product. Hardly any grit and easy to drink.
