I received the watermelon flavor and was pleasantly surprised that it did not have an overly bitter sour taste like most watermelon flavored products......In the 3-4 weeks I noticed a better pump during my workouts (probably because I was retaining more water in my muscles) and I was able to lift heavy weights and increase to heavier weights for the exact same number of reps and I noticed a way bigger me in the mirror despite only gaining five pounds in that 3-4 weeks

I follow a variation on Bill Starr 5x5 and started taking this product right after my second deload week, hoping for a little boost over the next 4 weeks moving forward.. I had read that it takes about 10 days to really kick in so I was patient despite the loss of strength effects I noticed immediately. I was supremely dissapointed. With zero change in diet I entered the 4 weeks period at 197.5lbs 3RM Squat 255, 3RM bench 225, 3RM Power Cleans 185(as you can see by my unimpressive numbers I'm not here to fudge).. after 4 weeks I now sit at 194.5lbs and have LOST 30 lbs on my 3RM Squat, LOST 40lbs on my 3RM Bench and had NO CHANGE in my Power Clean. I'VE HAD INJURIES THAT DIDNT SET ME BACK THIS FAR.. This was probably the most difficult block of time to suffer through in the year ive been lifting..safe to say I wont be buying this product again.
