I use the genereric Muscletech from Walmart its only $20 for a huge tub, and use immediately lifting, and the next morning. Using it as directed, did a number on my liver and kidneys..so use as needed.

Although I am not a big fan of Muscletech, this product actually worked well for me. After roughly 3 weeks of taking this product, I gained nearly 15lbs!
