NOW Methyl B12 1000mcg/100 Lozenges

I am a gastric bypass patient and have lost 130 lbs in the past year. This b-12 lozenge gives me the protection and nutrient that my body needs in order to keep me healthy especially now that I am only able to eat 1/2 cup or less of food in each meal. I try to eat several small meals a day that have protein, fiber, and calories that I need to increase energy levels. But b-12, calcium, and a double dose of basic vitamins are still essential for me to continue indefinitely. This is a great product and the lozenge tastes like candy, has a good flavor and I never tire of it. Also it is small in size yet offers a high dose of the b-12 that I need while other vitamins come in the size of horse pills and have chalky or strange flavors.
