Started using recently so can't comment on long term use or adaptaion. I am actually having hard time falling asleep with a recomended daily 3 caps dosage, so far have only been taking one cap before bedtime. Dreams are somewhat 'enhanced' but nothing too vivid or extreme.

Make sure you keep your zinc, magnesium and B-6 levels in check. If your daily intake is higher than the dosage in the bottle (Which is the maximum daily) you'll get the runs... I noticed an increase in acne and no profound increase in strength, aggression or recovery. No crazy dreams either. However I did notice a few nights where I would sleep for shorter periods and feel just as rested. You'll only experience physiological change if you're DEFICIENT and with most protein powders there's already an ample supply of zinc, magnesium and b-6. This product is unnecessary and the effects are placebo like. Not really worth it, but for the price you may as well try it out for yourself.
