Best creatine that I have tried. Doesn't mix as well as they claim it does in just water. But when mixed in with a protein shake or anything else, it mixes pretty well. Great for increasing stamina and strength during workouts. I do 1 serving pre workout and 1 serving post workout.

I can truly say this summer i am one of the few people i know to stick to achieving their fitness goals. Beside from no taste which is great i added a solid 16 pounds in 3 months and have never felt better. Just make sure you get at least 3/4 gallon of water every day and eat plenty. Product worked great on me and i know it will work great on you too!
