This supplement may work for others but not for me. I saw little to no gains and i used the whole bag. I took one serving every day after working out with about 20oz of whole milk which put it at around 1100 to 1200 calories and i ate around 3 to 4 other meals a day giving me close to 4500 calories a day. However for those of you who care the taste is good and it mixes ok, for me it just didnt produce results.
