got it free w/ the kre alkalyn purchase, and i'm glad it was free. honestly can't tell if this product worked or not. but i'm def leaning towards the "not" part. i would probably not purchase another HMB product in the future.

I guess it works OK, but you need like 6-10 pills daily, I usually would take 3 pre-workout and 3 right after my work out on my training days only with my other supplements.
