Great Creatine for the price. I haven't taken many creatines but I haven't found a reason to buy anything different. I worked out my chest last Monday and finished my workout with 2 tough reps of 225. I worked on chest again today ( a week later!) And finished my workout with 4 surprisingly easy reps of 225. I felt as though I could have done maybe 2 more reps but I workout in my garage by myself and I don't want to get stuck with weight on my chest. I would definitely recommend this creatine to anyone on a budget or someone trying new products that cost 2 or 3 times as much that may or may not work.

Overall this is a good product and a great Creatine for the price. Mixes ver well in water, gatorade, powerade, or hawaiian punch. Flavor was tolerable in water but better in a sports drink like Powerade and Gatorade. I personally found it a little too sweet but it did work very well. Six Star Pro Nutrition has Tablet Form of this product if you can't stomach powders. I use the Tablet form because as I said the taste was just too sweet for me. Is a very good product and would suggest it to people.
