This product is complete lie. Never had testesterone level boosted up, but it makes me fall asleep pretty good though. But none of these ingredients on the label is known for helping the sleep according to my research.. Therefore, something's dishonest about it. I also heard excessive zinc can lead to zinc toxity. So if you are a individual with full of zincs, (wait, is there even way to check about that?..), this product isn't recommended.
