This creatine is by far the best I've ever used. No water retention, no G.I issues, no bloating, nothing but strength and stamina gains. I have taken about every type of creatine and none have given me this kind of results especially with only 3 grams a day. Best creatine available in my opinion.

well i thought i'd try out some Kre-Alkalyn creatine. i went through 2 bottles to see what i would get. i didnt notice much at all. i took 2 caps pre workout and 2 post, but i didnt see any kind of strength or weight increse. ive tried some other products with Kre-Alkalyn and noticed some results. this was one of the cheapest prices for Kre-Alkalyn i found, but i guess you get what you pay for. i do not recomend this product, as i said i've seen results from other products containing Kre-Alkalyn but not this one. there was also alot of other ingredents in the other Kre-Alkalyn products that might have had somthing to do with it.

I've never taken regular creatine, bloating and cycling just don't sound that great. I don't wanna gain water weight from normal creating and then shrink back down when I quit using it. Kre-Alkalyn may not be as noticeable as a difference (from what I've read), but it definitely helps me bust out more reps in a subtle but discrete way without any of the side effects.
