Very hard to mix with a spoon, or even a blender for that matter(maybe i was doing it wrong). But my shaker cup did fine mixing it.That and one only bad thing is that half of the carbs is sugar. If your body reacts kindly to sugar. By all means take this product, you are getting vitamins(a lot) and essential amino acids at the same time. Too bad no creatine, but add it separately.Taste is excellent, and by excellent i mean enjoyable and non gagging.
