I like taking this product. With this 5 pounds of powder i gained 3 to 5 pound. I was having trouble packing on a few pounds until i started taking this stuff. It tasted very good for me. I mixed it with chocolate Almond milk. I now am taking the 9 pounds mix.

Really worked like a charm for me.Still half of the container is left and i have noticed massive changes in the first half.In the first 13 days i have gained 3 kg of muscle.Hope to gain 3 more in the next half.I really like this product and would recommend it to anyone who is ready to use it with a good workout and diet plan.Taste is average but hey taste isnt everything! :)
