I've just started this yesterday, and i'm feeling bloated, dizzy and gassy. Not sure if this is temporary, but i'm hoping it'll go away. This weight grainer tastes great. I haven't made any progress yet, as i have just started. Will post later (2-4weeks) with updates.

this is the STUFF! if you wanna gain hard this is the stuff! the tubb comes with maybe 3 1/2 servings i use a ig ass gatorade bottle to mix it with a gallon a milk i took one serving through out the day, i spilt the servings on a week basis Monday-wednesday-friday, while eating a good six meals like you should for gaining i gained 8 solid pds, in one week and kept it, i did 2 bottles of this mixed with cytosport monster food in a month and a gained 18 pounds! Remember the only way to gain is constantly staying in the routine.

Russian Bear is a great product for a great price! It taste better than most Shakes out there. It helped me gain weight (8 lbs in 1 month) it has a bit of a gritty-ness to it, it really does taste like melted ice cream. I just ordered the chocolate flavor to see how it compares. The vanilla is really good I would recommend this product to anyone. Russian bear doesn't leave me feeling all bloated like other shakes have. It taste best with whole milk and Peanut butter :)
