This stuff is amazing! I mix two scoops of this with the DCG to add some fast digesting carbs. I feel like the gym is a waste of time if i dont have this to drink when i'm finished lifting. I always get the Fruit Punch. Taste great.

Ok the positives of this product: aspartame free, lactose free, low carbs, 0 fat and 0 grams of sugar. Has what you need right after your workout the good old 100% Hydrolyzed Isolated Whey. Let’s face it there is a lot of Hydrolyzed Whey's out there that not only taste a lot better then you’re just drinking flavored water which is what I felt with this product. Decent product though for cutting but if you don't want to get sick of drinking it go with a competitor’s product with just a little bit more fat, sugar and carbs sure but at least you will look forward to drinking it?

Great product really love the taste. AST products are always the highest quality a lot of people forget that they are the company that started a lot of what is common now when it comes to supplements. The ratio of protein to grams is as good as it gets when you compare it to other proteins. No bloating easy to mix I use a Blender Bottle shaker and everything mixes very easily. I would highly recommend this product to anyone!
