First the website lists chocolate as having 23 grams of protein but the container only lists 20 grams. Second the taste is terrible and my stomach doesn't agree with it at all. The bad thing is that I got 10 pounds of it and I will have to deal with it since I don't want to waste the amount of money I spent on this. I do not recommend this to anyone.

I have used this product for some time and was happy with Bioplex Whey.My last orders included Banana (5 lb) and Chocolate 10 lb) and it seems something has changed in their formula. Well at least for the Chocolate it has. The primary problem is mixing the Chocolate whey.I have tried using a shaker cup, spoon and glass and a blender. None of these blend the product completely though the blender does the better job if you use a spatula to scrape it off the (glass) sides of the blender cup and blend it some more. The shaker cup is the worst since the product sticks to the sides of it so bad you waste more than is acceptable. I even tried wetting the sides of the cup with before I put the product in and it still stuck to the sides

This is my favorite protein powder to this point, but to be fair I only picked it up because it was inexpensive compared to the higher ranked proteins. It is what it says it is, 100% whey protein, low calorie, high protein shake. The big problem with the stuff is that it tastes fairly awful, unless you get creative. I mix mine with water, and often add some fruit or maybe a calorie free water flavoring packet. That's the only way to pull the stuff out, because it really can taste bad if you don't put in the extra effort.
