great mixabilty good tastine and bcaas that non other product cant beat!! 17 grams of glutamine wich is incredible and 2g or arginine which most supplements have 0.5g only disadvantage is that the protein is abit low

I re-order this protein everytime and I have experimented with several different brands. It tastes good and dissovles in water very easily....just a few shakes. Also has high BCAA composition and very high Glutamine. The best thing I like about it is the value.....you are getting great protein for your dollar!
