Overall its good. But go for the bursting peanut butter flavor because it has less calories, more fiber, and more protein.

Chef Jay's Bursting PB bar is the BEST!!! I love these bars, they are packed with protein, and they have very little fat, sodium, and carbs compared to other bars. They are ideal for a healthy snack on-the-go! I crave them in the last weeks of my training(too bloating before a show), they are the first thing I eat!!!

Nutritional content is excellent. Perfect mix of protein, fats (unsaturated) and carbs. For those on a low-carb diet, this bar is ideal. The use of whole-food ingredients means the bar won't melt in relative heat or mishape.Taste is not as candy-like (that is, artificially sweet) as other protein bars. This should be considered more as a meal, particularly given the quality of ingredients used. I prefer to zap the bar for about 15 seconds in the microwave before eating. It softens and the inner contents tends to melt a little. Overall, a great bar but don't expect a sweet-tasting typical protein bar.
