It does not have a sweet taste where you get sick of it.Nothing comes close in taste for a protein bar/wafer. I love the low carb aspect.

For some reason the chocolate coating melted all over inside of the package. I was left with sticky fingers and a pretty good tasting cookie. Could easily substitute these in a recipe that called for crisp wafer cookies.
