Great product. Opt. Nutrition always has great products. This is best casein on market. I take one scoop in morning before work and one at night before bed. Casein is crucial to maximum results and Opt. Nutrition I feel has the best! Taste goooood too!

This Casein protein is a great product. I can tell a big difference in the gym if I do not have it the night before. It really gives me an extra boost. It also does curb my appetite, so I do not have that starving feeling in the morning. The taste is great and I love to mix it with Almond Milk. I cannot say enough great things about this product.
