Great product, great taste. I love Optimum brand protein products, they've help me tremendously and I will buy them over and over again. The Tropical Punch is a great flavor as well. Highly reccomend.

The taste is decent. It provides me with the protein I need when I need it, mixes okay. The only complaint is that it bubbles/fizzes up when you put it in a shaker.
