I've always been a very weak and small woman. I never in my life could do a proper push up until this past February (now I can do 10!). I started out as a runner thinking I could slim down some of my measurements (I was an accurate representation of the skinny-fat girl) and instead I plateaued. In January I decided I would start resistance training (and kicked my running to the curb!!). In 3 months I've gained 9 lbs of muscle! I drink this immediately following my workout and not only is it delicious (in water, milk or 1/2 & 1/2!) but it gives my muscles exactly what they need to start repairing and building. Compared to other shakes I have tried the amount of protein to calorie and carb ratio is amazing!! Not only that, it already has the BCAAs your body needs incorporated into the mixture. You don't need to buy an additional supplement!

My fav protein, too bad its so expensive. Banana Creme my fav flavor of course. This is 1 of the few high-quality protein with extra stuff our bodies need.

This is honestly the best tasting chocolate protein sup I have ever tasted. Compared to the Rocky Road flavor of Pro-Complex this one wins hands down. The results from taking the sup is the same, but it has zero aftertaste like the RR does. I also would rate this one above the Strawberry Swirl as there is zero foaming when mixing with water. I will buy this flavor from now on (unless they change it). ON makes fantastic products.
