Dissolves perfectly in my shaker cup and is all nat so no splenda or anything artificial. If you really can't handle the taste buy some powdered cocoa, no sugar of course, or use a natural sweetener like sugar alcohols or stevia. every once in a while i just add some ground cinnamon w stevia, taste kinda like horchata, a mexican drink. good buy.

Great, clean protein. Mixes easily and doesn't taste bad at all mixed with some milk and a little sugar. Best protein value ive ever seen for cross flow whey.
