Got 2 samples of Vanilla in my last bb.com order. This stuff is not good at all. Clumps up big time in my shaker, tastes really watered down and chalky. Don't be fooled or tempted by the price. There are too many great proteins out there to waste your time.

I recently tried a sample of this and had high hopes as I've had good success with other Twinlab products. I dumped the packet into my blender bottle after a workout and shook it up like crazy. Took a sip and my mouth was flooded with little clumps of protein powder. So I shook it like crazy again with the same result when I took a sip. After a few more spastic bouts of shaking and the clumps not going away I tossed the rest. The taste wasn't great either, but that could have been because not much of it had disolved into the water. Very disappointed, Twinlab.

the taste is good and it is mix good with water i feel good about it has good protein and amino acids i hope it will be my first whey protein work with me i recommend this whey i take 1 and half scoop after my weight lifting
